Hours of Operation

  • Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

  • Holiday availability varies and may include an additional fee.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed.

  • A 50% deposit may be required for new clients, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or large jobs.

  • Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • Clients must provide accurate home details (sq. ft., number of rooms, condition) for proper pricing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.

Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the home (door code, key, or someone present).

  • If the cleaning technician arrives and cannot enter, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

​

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Invoice.

  • Invoices not paid within 24 hours may incur a late fee.

  • Returned payments result in a $35 fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to correct the issue at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are not issued for services already performed, but corrections will always be made.

What We Do Not Clean

For safety and insurance reasons, Cedar Cleaning does not perform:

  • Mold removal

  • Biohazard cleanup (blood, feces, hoarding waste)

  • Pest infestations

  • Black water damage

  • Exterior window cleaning on second story

  • Heavy lifting over 25 lbs

  • Cleaning of valuables, heirlooms, or fragile collections

Home Conditions & Safety

  • Please secure pets during the cleaning service.

  • We are not responsible for pets escaping.

  • Technicians will not work in homes with aggressive animals.

  • Excessive clutter or unexpected conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Breakage & Liability

  • Cedar Cleaning LLC is insured.

  • If accidental damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

  • We are not responsible for items that were unstable, improperly installed, or with pre-existing damage.

​

Supplies & Equipment

  • We use eco-friendly products and bring our own equipment.

  • If you prefer specific products, please provide them and notify us before the appointment.

​

Recurring Services

  • Recurring clients must keep regular schedules (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

  • Skipped or delayed cleanings may result in a price adjustment.

​

Price Changes

  • Prices are based on the home’s size, condition, and requested services.

  • Extremely soiled, cluttered, or unmaintained homes may require a deep clean pricing adjustment.

  • Rates may change with notice if service needs change.
