Holiday availability varies and may include an additional fee.

Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed.

A 50% deposit may be required for new clients, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or large jobs.

Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

Clients must provide accurate home details (sq. ft., number of rooms, condition) for proper pricing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
-
Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
-
No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
​
Access to Property
-
Clients must provide access to the home (door code, key, or someone present).
-
If the cleaning technician arrives and cannot enter, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payments: Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Invoice.

Invoices not paid within 24 hours may incur a late fee.
-
Returned payments result in a $35 fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, notify us within 24 hours.

We will return to correct the issue at no extra cost.

Refunds are not issued for services already performed, but corrections will always be made.

What We Do Not Clean
For safety and insurance reasons, Cedar Cleaning does not perform:

Mold removal
-
Biohazard cleanup (blood, feces, hoarding waste)

Pest infestations
-
Black water damage
-
Exterior window cleaning on second story
-
Heavy lifting over 25 lbs
-
Cleaning of valuables, heirlooms, or fragile collections

Home Conditions & Safety

Please secure pets during the cleaning service.

We are not responsible for pets escaping.

Technicians will not work in homes with aggressive animals.
-
Excessive clutter or unexpected conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Breakage & Liability

Cedar Cleaning LLC is insured.
-
If accidental damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
-
We are not responsible for items that were unstable, improperly installed, or with pre-existing damage.
​
Supplies & Equipment
-
We use eco-friendly products and bring our own equipment.
-
If you prefer specific products, please provide them and notify us before the appointment.

Recurring Services

Recurring clients must keep regular schedules (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
-
Skipped or delayed cleanings may result in a price adjustment.

Price Changes
-
Prices are based on the home’s size, condition, and requested services.

Extremely soiled, cluttered, or unmaintained homes may require a deep clean pricing adjustment.

Rates may change with notice if service needs change.
